This design has been in my sketch book for awhile, so I was eager to make it for the bridal show I was a part of back in July. I stenciled white royal icing onto gray fondant covered tiers, and created a little visual interest with white fondant covered separators.
I accented the tiers with pale pink fondant peonies which helped soften the overall square, modern design. A cake this size (with fake separators) would serve 100.
