This white wedding cake I recently completed was a combination of four round tiers which served 170. The second and fourth tiers featured buttercream rosettes.
To break up the rosettes, the third tier was quilted buttercream with edible pearls at the intersections. The top tier was iced smooth and displayed the couple's monogram also in edible pearls.
