Couples engaged over the holidays are starting their vendor searches, and we had two wedding cake tastings over the weekend.
The first featured samples of our White Chocolate Wedding, Vanilla Caramel, Lemon, and White Cookies & Cream cakes. This couple also tried our Vanilla, Cream Cheese, Caramel, Strawberry, Lavender Blackberry, Chocolate, Chocolate Nutella, and Cookies & Cream buttercreams and our Strawberry and Blueberry fruit fillings.
The second couple chose to try our White Chocolate Wedding, Italian Cream, German Chocolate, and Chocolate Fudge cakes. I included Vanilla, Lavender Blackberry, Strawberry, Cream Cheese, Chocolate, Chocolate Nutella, and Cookies & Cream buttercreams, Coconut Pecan filling, and Chocolate Ganache. The bride was taking half the samples back to College Station for her bridesmaids to sample, so I put the cake in to go cups to keep them from drying out on the trip.
Both of these couples have some hard, but tasty, decisions to make!
